On the Sunday, 12th May, 2024, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ashanti region held matches on different venue for their ongoing league.
Matches were played concurrently in T.I Ahmadiyya Senior High School, Kumasi and T.I Ahmadiyya Senior High School Asokore between Oforikrom and Kumasi North zones, and Sekyere East and Sekyere West respectively.
Both matches began with opening addresses by Master Ishmael Owusu Ntiamoah, Mu’tamad Ilaqa, Ashanti and Master Hakeem Salifu, Nazim Sihat-e-Jismani on the purpose of the league and the need for members of the Majlis to concentrate on Sacrifice and most importantly offering Salat. Mr. Omar Appiah, Nazim Mal, Ashanti also seized the opportunity to talk about the need to pay the Khuddam rally fees on time.
After a very successful event, Kumasi North zone won by a goal margin and Sekyere East defeated their opponents by a 3-goal margin, thereby winning 4 goals to 1 on the day.
In all, 34 Khuddam and 1 Tifl were present for the event at Kumasi and 53 Khudam were present for the event at Asokore, members enjoyed each moment of this event and they benefitted both spiritually and physically. Alhamdu Lillah
