On Sunday, 16th June 2024, the members of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana, Abura Zone, and Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana, Abura Zone, played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and security of the Eid-ul-Adha prayers at Cape Coast Stadium. Their dedicated efforts ensured that the event was well-organized, secure, and enjoyable for all attendees.

Coordination of Vehicles

As the sun rose, the Khuddam members took their positions around the car park, expertly directing vehicles to designated parking areas. Their meticulous planning from the previous day paid off, as the flow of traffic was seamless. The well-marked parking spaces and clear directional signs helped drivers navigate with ease, reducing congestion and ensuring that everyone could find a spot without hassle.

Ensuring Security

The Khuddam members, in collaboration with the Ghana Police Service, were stationed strategically throughout the venue. Their presence brought a sense of reassurance to the gathering, allowing worshippers to focus on their prayers and celebrations. Specific areas were given special attention:

- Female and Male Prayer Areas: Dedicated Khuddam members monitored the entry and exit points of the prayer areas, ensuring orderly movement and preventing overcrowding. - Around the Maulvi's Tent: A team was tasked with maintaining security around the Maulvi's tent. Their vigilance ensured that the Maulvi could lead the prayers without any disturbances. - General Stadium Area: Security personnel were spread across the entire stadium to monitor and manage any potential issues, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.

Direction and Assistance by Atfal

The younger members, the Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya, played an essential role in assisting the attendees. These enthusiastic young volunteers were stationed at various points throughout the stadium, providing directions and helping people find their designated places for prayers. Their cheerful demeanor and helpful attitude added a special touch to the event, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and well-guided.

Overall Impact

The combined efforts of the Khuddam and Atfal created a well-coordinated and secure environment for the Eid-ul-Adha prayers. The seamless traffic flow, the organized and secure prayer areas, and the helpful presence of the Atfal made the event a memorable and peaceful experience for all. The dedication and hard work of these young men reflected the true spirit of Eid-ul-Adha—service, unity, and community.

As the prayers concluded and the worshippers began to leave, many expressed their gratitude for the efforts of the Khuddam and Atfal. The successful coordination and security measures ensured that the celebration was not only joyous but also safe and orderly.
