As the holy month of Ramadan approached, the executives of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Male Students' Association of Ghana at the University of Cape Coast (AMMSAG-UCC)), took action to alleviate financial strains faced by students on campus.

Recognizing the challenges that students often face during this period, particularly with the approach of Ramadan, the associations jointly organized Iftar meals for their members. They sought permission to solicit donations from various individuals and businesses to support this cause.

Their efforts were met with overwhelming generosity from donors, including monetary contributions as well as perishable and non-perishable food items. This support enabled the associations to successfully organize iftar meals for their members.

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, AMMSAG-UCC executives, with the support of AMWSA-UCC, embarked on a pre-planned tour to visit all five Jama'ats on the UCC campus, namely SRC Jama'at, New Site Jama'at, Amamoma Jama'at, Kwaprow Jama'at, and Old Site Jama'at.

During these visits, the executives not only conveyed the significance of Ramadan but also shared valuable information with the members of the Jama'ats, emphasizing spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and acts of charity during this blessed month.

Each visit culminated in the distribution of iftar donations to ensure that every Jama'at received their share of the contributions. This gesture not only provided vital support to students during Ramadan but also strengthened bonds of brotherhood and unity within the campus community.

As the sun set and the call to prayer echoed across the campus, students gathered to break their fast together, nourished not only by the food on their plates but also by the spirit of generosity and compassion that pervaded the atmosphere.

The tour to the Jama'ats and the distribution of iftar donations served as a poignant reminder of the importance of community support and solidarity, particularly during times of need. Through their collective efforts, AMMSAG-UCC exemplified the true spirit of Ramadan, spreading love, kindness, and goodwill to all.
