Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya (MAA) Ghana plays a vital role in nurturing and developing Ahmadi children, empowering them to harness their talents and abilities for the progress and advancement of the Jama'at. As believers, we have a dual responsibility: to focus on our own spiritual growth and reformation, while also ensuring the moral and spiritual development of our families.
Properly training and equipping future generations is essential for the continued progress and prosperity of any nation. Childhood is the most critical period for this training, as young minds are incredibly receptive, impressionable, and capable of absorbing knowledge and values like a sponge.
During this formative stage, children develop their thoughts, character, and values, which ultimately shape their destiny. The lessons and experiences they have in childhood stay with them for a lifetime, making it essential to lay a strong foundation. By instilling virtuous habits, moral principles, and a deep understanding of their faith, we can empower Ahmadi children to become confident, compassionate, and conscientious individuals who make a positive impact in the world.
On April 15, 1938 in Masjid Aqsa, Qadian, in his Friday Sermon Hadrat Khalifatul Masih II ra. gave the initial order to establish this new auxiliary organization. Accordingly, on April 23, 1938, this organization was opened under Resolution #17 in the Markaz of Khuddamul Ahmadiyya.
