Sihat-e-Jismane (Health & Fitness)

Sihat-e-Jismane is here to make you fit. From organizing sporting events to creating new physical fit initiatives, Sihat-e-Jismane will give you the best physical body to hold your spiritual one. The department encourages Khuddam to participate in sports clubs and facilities it runs including the hiking club, martial arts club and locally organized facilities.

Targets for 2021/2022 Majlis Year

  • Ensure that each region does at least one health walk (at least 3 regions each quarter).
  • Ensure the formation of Keep-fit Clubs, Martial Arts Clubs or any other fitness related activities in all regions.
