In a commendable display of community spirit, on January 1, 2024, the Halqa Zikirillah circuit in the Wa West Zone embarked on a public clean-up exercise. The focus of this endeavor was the desilting of choked gutters and drainages along some selected high streets in Wa, addressing a vital aspect of environmental maintenance.

A total of 62 Khuddam and 11 Atfal actively participated in the cleaning efforts, demonstrating their commitment to fostering a cleaner and healthier community. The event marked an integral part of the Shooba Waqar-e-Amal Quarterly Public Clean-Up Exercise, a program designed to instill a sense of responsibility and environmental consciousness among MKA Ghana members.

Under the radiant sun of New Year's Day, participants, some of whom donned their MKA polo shirts, dedicated their time to clearing debris and silt from the gutters and drainages. The Halqa Zikirillah circuit's activity showcased the organization's commitment to social welfare and community well-being.

The Halqa Zikirillah circuit's public clean-up not only contributed to the immediate improvement of cleanliness in the High Street but also set an inspiring example for other zones. MKA Ghana's continued dedication to community service underscores its role as a responsible and socially conscious organization, striving for a better and cleaner environment for all.
