As a religious obligation of all Muslims across the globe, members of the Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya Ghana in the Accra Zone equally engaged in the yearly prescribed 30-days fasting. The yearly compulsory fasting known in the Islamic circles as Saum which is carried out by all able Muslims across the globe help guide Muslims to the ways of righteousness as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an Chapter 2 vrs 184, as follows; "0 ye who believe, fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may become righteous "
To re-emphasise on the importance of this holy month of Ramadan, the Sadr Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya Ghana, Mr Hanif Bipuah Esq. embarked on a week-long tour to various prayer centers in the nation's capital, Accra. The team visited Kasoa Central, Kojo Oku Mosque, CP mosque, Fetteh Kakraba, Nima, Opeikuma, Insaniyya, Lomnava, Tema, Abossey-Okai and Taifa Mosque. The team did Iftar, Maghreb, Isha and Taraweeh prayers with the jama’at members.
Sadr Mulk used the opportunity to address various topics and issues at the various prayer centers. These included: a constant reminder on how to get the numerous blessings that abound in this holy month of Ramadan, the need for members of the Majlis to use their experiences gained from the just ended Centenary Jalsa celebration to help build and improve the Majlis. He also seized the opportunity to speak on the need to pay our Chanda regularly and correctly as this Ramadan also served as Chanda month in the Majlis calendar.
In all, Sadr Mulk and his team addressed over 270 Khuddam and 50 Atfal.
The Sadr was accompanied by Naib Sadr Administration-Ing. Ibrahim Arko, Naib Mutamad Mulk-Abdul Hadi Keelson Esq., Naib Muhtamim Umumi-Abdul Malik Asoppiah, the Greater Accra Regional Qaid-Ahmed Mensah, the Accra Zonal Qaid-Nasir Gyabi and other Regional, Zonal and Circuit executives.
