34th Western Regional Rally of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Successfully Held in Takoradi

The 34th Western Regional Rally of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana was successfully held on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July, 2025 at the T.I. Ahmadiyya Basic School, Tanokrom-Takoradi, under the theme: “Service to One’s Faith and Humanity, The Role of Every Ahmadi Youth.”

The two-day event brought together Ahmadi youth from across the Western Region to renew their spiritual strength, deepen brotherhood, and showcase their talents in both intellectual and physical activities.

Day One: Sports and Academic Activities

The rally commenced on Saturday with exciting inter-zonal games, including football, volleyball, table tennis, and athletics. These competitions fostered healthy rivalry and teamwork among the Khuddam.

In the afternoon and evening sessions, participants engaged in academic and religious competitions, such as written and oral quizzes, message delivery, Qur’an recitation and memorization, extempore speeches, and selected book readings. These activities reinforced the importance of knowledge, faith, and eloquence in service to Islam and humanity.

Day Two: Route March, Main Sitting

Sunday’s activities began with Tahajjud and Fajr prayers, followed by a Dars (sermon) on fostering brotherhood. Afterwards, Khuddam embarked on a spirited route march through parts of Takoradi, symbolizing discipline, unity, and the public visibility of their commitment to service.

The main session, chaired by Mr. Ahmed Kobina Benyarko (Sadr Mulk, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana), featured a powerful keynote address delivered by Muallim Ismail Adubofour (Circuit Missionary, Takoradi). He emphasized the pivotal role of Ahmadi youth in serving both faith and nation.

The session also featured Qur’anic recitations, poems, songs of praise, award presentations, and the recognition of past Khuddam who had transitioned into Ansarullah. Solidarity messages from invited dignitaries further inspired participants.

Exhibition Center

A special highlight of this year’s rally was the Exhibition Center, where participants and guests had the opportunity to explore Jama’at literature and custom artifacts. The display provided both educational and cultural enrichment, showcasing the heritage and intellectual depth of the community.

A Memorable Gathering

The rally concluded with closing remarks, prayers, and a renewed call for all Khuddam to uphold the values of service, sacrifice, and discipline. Participants departed with strengthened bonds of brotherhood and a deeper commitment to living the spirit of “Love for All, Hatred for None.”
