Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana, Abura Zone Hosts Mega Endurance Walk to Promote Health and Stress Relief

Abura, Ghana — In an inspiring display of unity, fitness, and community spirit, the Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Ghana, Abura Zone, organised a Mega Endurance Walk themed “Shake Off Stress” on Sunday, August 24, 2024.

The event commenced at 5:30 AM from the Abura Ahmadiyya Muslim Central Mosque (Bait-ul-Aleem). This initiative aimed at promoting physical well-being, mental health, and a sense of brotherhood among the youth of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community.

Clad in sportswear and filled with high spirits, participants from across the zone gathered at the convergence point as early as dawn. The endurance walk covered a significant distance, testing participants’ stamina while reinforcing the message of endurance and resilience, both physically and spiritually.

The walk was also symbolic — encouraging young Khuddam to "cut the stress" from daily life through healthy habits, unity, and spiritual discipline. The event theme, “Shake Off Stress,” resonated strongly among attendees, serving as a poignant reminder of the importance of mental wellness in today’s fast-paced society.

Organisers hailed the turnout and enthusiasm as overwhelming, emphasising that such events not only serve health goals but also foster stronger community bonds and spiritual rejuvenation.
