Yet another Mega Health Jogging has just ended in great success on Sunday, 7th September 2025, organized by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Abura Zone. The program, which began in the early hours of the morning, brought together Khuddam and Atfal from various circles within the zone, all united with one purpose: to strengthen their health, boost their morale, and foster brotherhood under the banner of Islam Ahmadiyyat.
The theme for this year’s exercise was “Shake Off Stress,” and indeed, it lived up to its name. As early as 6:30 a.m., members had converged at the Abura Ahmadiyya Muslim Central Mosque, Bait-ul-Aleem, where the zonal leadership officially signaled the start of the endurance walk and jogging session. With high energy and motivation, the participants took to the streets, chanting encouraging slogans and motivating one another to keep up the pace.
The walk covered carefully mapped-out routes, allowing members not only to stretch their physical stamina but also to showcase the unity and discipline that characterise Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya. Along the way, residents and onlookers watched with admiration as the young men demonstrated their commitment to both health and community spirit.
Speaking at the end of the exercise, zonal leaders emphasized that the human body is a trust from Allah, and therefore, Khuddam must give priority to their health. They reminded participants that staying strong and fit enables one to serve Allah, the Jama’at, and the nation more effectively. The exercise was described as a means of not only burning stress and fatigue but also recharging the body and soul for greater service.
Participants, too, expressed their joy and satisfaction with the program. Many described it as refreshing, energizing, and spiritually uplifting. Some noted that the jogging session offered a break from the stresses of daily life while also reinforcing the bonds of brotherhood among Khuddam. Others shared that such programs motivate them to adopt healthy lifestyles, including regular exercise and proper self-care.
The event concluded with collective prayers, led by zonal leadership, seeking Allah’s blessings for the success of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, the progress of Ghana Jama’at, and the strengthening of unity among the youth. The heartfelt prayers crowned the morning with a spiritual atmosphere, reminding all that true strength lies not only in physical stamina but also in devotion to Allah.
This latest mega health jogging marks yet another milestone in the Abura Zone’s efforts to promote holistic well-being among its members. It stands as a testament to the dedication of the youth to balance physical fitness with spiritual growth.
Indeed, it was not just a morning of exercise but a remarkable day of unity, motivation, and inspiration.
