T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School, Fomena, holds Career Guidance and Abstinence Summit

The Shuba Umur-e-Talaba, in collaboration with Shuba Tarbiyyat Rishta-nata, organized the Muslim students in Fomena T.I Ahmadiyya Senior High School for a Career Guidance and Abstinence Summit on the 14th day of June, 2025, with 57 males and 73 females.

The program started with Tilawat by Master Adnan Baidoo (Student Imam).

Dr. Anas Adusei being the first Speaker, delivered on the Career Guidance section of the program. He encouraged and motivated all students present to take their academic work seriously and set realistic goals for themselves. He motivated all students to do their best to identify where their potential is and persevere in making it successful. He added that everyone’s situation changes for the better only when you make a conscious effort to change it; therefore, whatever happens to you in life is as a result of what you strived for.

The second Speaker in the person of Maulvi Jameel Essel. (School Imam, FOMENA AMASS) delivered on the need to abstain oneself as a believer from all social vices. He stressed specifically on Zinaa, thus fornication, which has been a common challenge in most Senior High Schools and among the youth these days. He also advised all students to abstain from all other vices such as betting, telling lies, examination malpractices and many more.

Many questions were asked by the students from both sections, and Alhamdulillah Naib Sadr Sahib (Middle Sector) Abdul Wahab Adusei, his team and the speakers gave answers accordingly.

The Review of Religions team was also present to engage the students, advising them to subscribe to the Review of Religions. They were encouraged not only to focus on circular knowledge but religious knowledge as well.

Alhamdulillah the program was graced by Naib Sadr Middle Sector of Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya Ghana in the person of Mr. Abudul Wahab Adusei, Regional Qaid Mr. Alhassan Ofori, Naib Regional Qaid Mr. Malik Owusu, Muhtamim Tarbiyyat, Maulvi Naseem Ahmed Nyame, Muhtamim Tabligh, Maulvi Aaya-tur Rahman Abdallah, Additional Muhtamim Isha'at, Maulvi Umar Gyasi, Muhtamim Umur-e-Talaba Mr. Abdul Malik Hammond Sahib, Naib Muhtamim Umur-e-Talaba Naeem-Rahman Angekyie Dzakatoh, The Review of Religions Team, Headmaster, Mr. Osman Yaw Baidoo and some senior staff members of the School.

Alhamdulillah the program successfully came to an end at 02:45 pm.
