The Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ghana, took the next significant step in preparation for its 42nd Annual National Ijtema’a when the National Ijtema'a Planning Committee (NIPC) held its meeting at the venue in Asokore on 15th July 2023.

Members of the Committee, led by its Chair, Mr. Abdul-Wahab Adusei, who is also the Naib Sadr, Middle Sector, were taken on a tour of the facilities of the school and conducted an inspection of proposed areas for accommodation, car park, market, blood donation, clinic, kitchen, feeding, exhibition.

The Committee also inspected the sports facilities, conference, and prayer grounds assessing their suitability and readiness as well as taking into account the security and other arrangements made for delegates of the impending ijtema’a.

At the end of the inspection, Mr. Abdul-Wahab Adusei was very impressed with the preparations made by the institution and the Majlis members in the Ashanti Region.

Mr. Adusei was accompanied by Mr. Benyameen E. Keelson, Mr. Abdul-Hadi Keelson, Mr. Ahmed Benyarko, Maulvi Saleem Ahmad Keelson, Maulvi Ismail Frempong, Mr. Abdul Shakoor Abakah, and Mr. Tahir Abakah.

Other NIPC members present were Mr. Saeed Bin Usman, Mr. Ishaque Yusif, Mr. Bashirudin Adam, Muhammad Adusei, Mr. Munir Hadi Saeed, and Alhassan Ofori.

Also in attendance were Muallim Abdul Aziz Abban, the School Missionary and Zonal Qaid, regional, zonal, and circuit Aamila members of the Majlis.
