The University of Cape Coast Chapters of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Male Students Association of Ghana (AMMSAG-UCC) and Ahmadiyya Muslim Women Students Association of Ghana (AMWSAG-UCC) held a two-day book exhibition at the University from 22nd to 23rd June 2023.

The event, which was part of the AMMSAG week-long celebration, aimed at promoting the true teachings of Islam among students on campus.

Exhibits comprised the Holy Quran and its Commentary, Christianity, A Journey from Facts to Fiction; Murder in the Name of Allah, The Need for the Imam, The Blessed Model of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, and the Caricatures; and the Review of Religions magazines.

Among the visitors to the exhibition were students and other members of the University community.

Present to provide answers to inquiries from visitors were The Review of Religions National Coordinator, Maulvi Umar Gyasi Agyemang, and Mr. Malik Asupiah, both of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission.

Maulvi Abdul Hameed Sawiri, the Abura Zonal Missionary, and Muallim Ahmad Boaheng, the Abura Circuit Missionary were also present.

The insights they provided and their interactions left an impact on the seekers of knowledge about Islam.

Leaflets were also distributed at the exhibition on the peaceful teachings of Islam.

A total of 400 individuals, comprising Christians and Non-Ahmadi Muslim students visited the exhibition to make inquiries.

Members of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya including 15 Khuddam alumni and 35 members of AMWSAG-UCC were on hand to prepare the exhibition site, arrange the book stalls, and guide visitors.
